At Geetha Creation, we take pride in ensuring that every product undergoes strict quality checks and is carefully packed before being shipped to you. However, if you face any issues with the product — or even if you simply don’t like it — you are welcome to return it. Please make sure to inform us within 7 days of delivery.

1. Exchange Eligibility

All products, including those bought at a discount or during a sale, are eligible for exchange only — provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

• Exchange requests must be approved in advance.
• Once approved, the product must be dispatched within 3 days.
• Customers can either:
• Ship the product to our provided return address, or
• Request a pickup, which we can arrange for a charge of ₹200.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the replacement item.

2. Refund Eligibility

Only products purchased at full price are eligible for a refund.

• The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in original condition.
• Customers can choose between:     

• A pickup service arranged by us (₹200 charge applies), or
• Self-shipping the item to our return address (shipping cost is not reimbursed).

Once we receive and approve the returned product, a full refund (excluding COD and prepaid-air charges) will be processed within 2 to 7 working days.
